Top lawyer warns of white extremist risk
White extremism poses as great a threat to British society as terrorism from a little minority of Muslim youths but gets far less attention from security forces and also the media, a leading human rights lawyer has claimed.
Aamer Anwar, who has got spent years campaigning for victims of white attacks, warned that as the Muslim community had “moved mountains” to root out extremists in its midst because the 9 / 11 attacks, the danger from supporters of right-wing organisations were downplayed.
